HulkBuild is expanding, and we’re seeking motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team as we scale the next generation of hemp-based building materials in Australia.

About the Role

This position will commence as casual, with the opportunity to progress to full-time employment for the right candidate as production ramps up.

As a Production Operator, you’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing process — working across batching, pressing, finishing, and quality checks to ensure consistent, high-quality panels.

Key Responsibilities
Operate factory machinery and production equipment
Assist with batching and material mixing
Load and unload molds and presses
Perform basic quality inspections and record results
Maintain a clean and secure work environment




Work cooperatively with the production team

Ideal Candidate Profile
Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely
Experience in manufacturing, labouring, or machine operation (advantageous but not essential)
Forklift licence highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically capable of manual handling and factory work
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment
