Communicate with customers by phone, email and in person
Prepare quotations based on drawings and customer requirements
Follow up on orders and customer enquiries
Coordinate site measurements and installation schedules
Prepare and organise quotations, orders and general office documents
Assist with day-to-day office administration
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal team members as required

About You
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Solid verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Positive computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers
Previous experience in estimating, stone, cabinetry, construction or building materials is highly regarded
Candidates without direct industry experience may also be considered if they have solid communication skills and are willing to learn

Pay: $54,500.00 – $151,452.31 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 per week
