Quantity Surveyor – Full time | Victoria

Prime Line Facades is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, based in Victoria. This is a excellent prospect to work on a diverse portfolio of facade and cladding projects with a well-established commercial contractor.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings
Develop detailed cost plans for budgetary control, including bills of quantities, and manage progress payments
Monitor projects throughout the construction phase, adjusting costs to reflect variations
Prepare tender documentation and assist with tender analysis, contractor evaluation, and subcontractor/supplier quotations




Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations on contractor and subcontractor selection
Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and cost plans
Track changes to drawings, specifications, and scope, and assess their cost implications
Conduct site inspections to verify completed works and quantities
Liaise with key stakeholders including asset owners, financiers, architects, builders, engineers, and developers

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
