We are looking for a motivated and reliable 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who is looking to build their skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced technicians across a range of air conditioning and refrigeration projects.

Apprentices are paid award rates of pay plus overtime and allowances.

About the role
Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Fault finding and diagnosing system issues
Carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs
Working on residential, commercial and/or industrial equipment
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment




Working as part of a professional and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently in their 3rd or 4th year of an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship
Has a genuine interest in the HVAC&R; industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
Is reliable, punctual and hard working
Has a solid work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A great attitude and commitment to learning
A current driver’s licence-advantageous
