Melbourne Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team in Broadbeach.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pasta dishes while maintaining consistency, presentation and efficiency throughout service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a range of pasta dishes
Prepare pasta, sauces and supporting ingredients
Follow recipes and maintain consistent portion sizes
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Manage the pasta station during service
Prepare ingredients before service
Maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
Monitor food quality and cooking times
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
Minimise food waste
Assist other kitchen staff when required
Work effectively as part of the kitchen team

About You




Previous qualified experience as a Pasta Chef or Chef
Robust knowledge of pasta preparation and cooking
Experience preparing sauces and Italian-style dishes
Able to work efficiently during busy service
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience
