We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and skilled Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our rapid-paced BOH team.

KEY DUTIES
Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating
Maintain clean, organised and hygienic workstations
Wash dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils
Support chefs during busy service periods
Prepare ingredients and complete daily mise en place
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
Receive, store and rotate stock correctly
Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
Work efficiently as part of the BOH team
Maintain Kitchen’s quality, presentation and service standards

REQUIREMENTS
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Fast, reliable and hardworking
Strong teamwork and communication
Able to work under pressure
Valuable attention to cleanliness and detail
Available for weekends and busy service periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, supports the team and wants to grow within a professional kitchen environment.

Pay: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
