Hi! We’re Stubborn Oven, Perth’s leading oven cleaning specialists, proudly serving homes and businesses since 2015. We’re now expanding across the city to meet growing demand - and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.

We’re after someone who:
Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teammates

Is motivated to help us build the next stage of our business as we expand across WA and beyond

You’ll work alongside Alex, the Founder and Owner, who will personally train you in our specialised cleaning systems, safety processes, and customer service standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience transforming “stubborn ovens” into sparkling centrepieces - and see the difference your work makes every single day.

What You’ll Do Day to Day
Travel to customer homes and small businesses across Perth
Dismantle oven parts (racks, doors, trays)



and clean them using our eco-friendly soak tanks and products
Deep clean oven interiors, doors, cooktops, and rangehoods
Reassemble and test ovens to ensure perfect results
Keep the workspace tidy and protect customer surfaces
Communicate with clients, take before/after photos, and record jobs using our booking system
Coordinate with Alex and the team to plan productive routes and schedules
