Key Responsibilities
Follow up quotes and convert warm inquiries
Schedule jobs, manage workflow, and prepare invoices
Assist with light component prep, cleaning, and final finishing
Perform quality checks and maintain high presentation standards

About You
You notice details others miss
You follow up, ask questions, and look for the information needed to do the job right
Strong admin, coordination,



or sales support experience
Practical mindset — comfortable in both office and workshop
Bonus: Marine, boat detailing, auto detailing, or vessel maintenance experience
