Lives Lived Well is seeking an AOD Counsellor / Case Manager (Identified) to join the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program in the Wide Bay region. This role focuses on culturally protected support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients across pre-admission, treatment and post-treatment stages.
You will engage with clients, families and communities to strengthen connections to culture and support networks while promoting recovery outcomes and holistic care.
