Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader

An Excellent prospect has become available for a experienced and qualified Engineering Team Leaderto work for a growingFMCG Manufacturing company. The Engineering Team Leaderwill be involved in managing a team of 2engineers onwhilst also be involved in the hands on maintenance and running of machinery. The Engineering Team Leaderwill be working in a automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. This is a Hands on role and you will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Engineering Qualification
Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role




Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements
Experience in managing a team of engineers
Recognised engineering qualification.
Experience working within a manufacturing setting.
Good with Training and development

Desirable Requirements
Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
