Job Description

Airnorth is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding and payroll in our Darwin office. The role reports to the General Manager, Corporate Services and is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave coverage.

You will develop and implement recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies, work with managers across departments, and help ensure compliant HR practices while delivering a positive candidate and current-hire experience.
