Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking a role to develop and maintain induction materials and processes for fleet assets, coordinating on‐site inductions during vehicle deliveries and guiding volunteers on systems and inspection regimes.

The role leads the fleet induction framework evolution, maintains induction records, and supports continuous improvement while digitising forms and workflows. Regular travel to VICSES locations and occasional after‐hours work may be required.
