Job Description

15 positions are available in East Palmerston, Queensland 4860, commencing September 2026. Full time employment is offered with hours being a minimum of 38 hours a week. Rate of Pay: Wages will be in accordance with the Horticulture award. You will be paid Level 1 employee under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028). Job Description: The successful applicants will need to excel in all tasks listed below and undertake them to a high standard and in an productive manner. Jobs include;
De-suckering
Bell injecting
Bagging
Humping
Stringing
De-handing
De-leafing
Irrigation Maintenance





Potential to upskill or provide training for applicants is available for the successful applicants. Expected hours of work are 6:30am to 4pm. Attributes required include the following.
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn and continuously improve in all tasks allocated.
Availability to stay for the duration of 12 months to 4 years.
Physical fitness and self-motivation are required as this position involves being on your feet for extended periods of time while performing repetitive manual tasks.
Be able to work well in a team setting.
