About the role

As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Property Management portfolio by identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with property investors.

Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to achieve outstanding results
Oversee the management of a quality residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews, and lease renewals
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
Identify and secure recent property management opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll
Network within the local community to generate referrals and new business
Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients
Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the agency.

About you
Proven experience in Property Management




Previous leadership or team management experience highly regarded
Solid business development and client relationship skills
Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification
Current driver's licence
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive, results-driven attitude
Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
