Job Description
To be a Starbucks Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people with:
Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
The ability to manage effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Robust leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
