Colliers is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our market-leading Residential team in Brisbane. This is an exciting prospect to work alongside some of Queensland's most successful development site specialists, supporting high-profile transactions, market research, and strategic advisory projects across Southeast Queensland.

Working closely with senior agents and clients, you'll provide research, analysis, reporting, and marketing support to help inform major property investment and development decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments.
Maintaining residential market databases and tracking industry activity.
Preparing Information Memorandums, proposals, reports, and client presentations.
Supporting sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
Assisting with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
Building relationships with developers, consultants, valuers, and other industry stakeholders.
