Program Manager - Technology Transformation

Sydney | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Up to $210K + Super | 3 Days Office

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a major financial services organisation and lead a significant technology transformation.

This is an opportunity for a robust technology-focused Senior Project Manager who understands how complex transformation programs come together across technology infrastructure/platforms.

About the role

You'll be responsible for driving a complex technology transformation from planning through to delivery, working across multiple technology and business stakeholders.

You'll need to be comfortable operating in a technical setting, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, product and business teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

What we're looking for
10+ years' experience in Project Management
Strong experience delivering technology transformation programs within financial services




Experience working across technology infrastructure and application stacks
Experience working with/across testing practices
Strong understanding of APIs, data models and UI/customer-facing technology
Proven experience managing complex stakeholders across technology and business teams
Strong delivery, governance, risk and dependency management skills
Exposure to testing practices and methodologies will be highly regarded
Ability to operate comfortably across both technical detail and senior stakeholder management

Up to $210,000 + super
Sydney-based
3 days per week in the office
