About the role

This is a standalone advisory role reporting directly to the Management. You will provide health and safety advice across our warehouse, processing and logistics operations, and hold the standard on site.

Key responsibilities
Conduct risk assessments and maintain the site risk register
Develop, review and maintain secure work procedures, SWMS and site rules
Maintain incident and hazard registers and manage regulator notification where required
Maintain the hazardous substances register and SDS library
Maintain emergency preparedness — plans, drills, first aid provision

About you
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum; Diploma or tertiary qualification well regarded
At least 3 years in a WHS advisory role in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, quarrying or a comparable operational setting
