We are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in Welshpool. This is a outstanding opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced workplace where no two days are the same.

About the role:
Coordinate and schedule technicians for maintenance, installations and urgent repairs
Manage technician availability and optimise daily schedules
Coordinate site access, mobilisation and other service requirements
Liaise with customers to understand their service needs and provide appropriate solutions
Monitor service jobs, ensuring costs and work orders are accurately maintained
Prepare invoices following completion of service work
Maintain accurate customer and service records and update internal databases




Prepare service reports and assist with improving coordination processes

About you:
Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling or a similar role would be ideal
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain composed under pressure
Confident using MS Office and scheduling systems
