About the role

Working closely with our workshop, suppliers, manufacturers and customers, you will be responsible for coordinating warranty claims and assisting with the identification, sourcing and ordering of parts required for repairs. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in the caravan, automotive or mechanical industry and has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to keep things moving in a busy workshop workplace.

Key responsibilities
Managing warranty claims from initial assessment through to completion
Liaising with manufacturers, warranty providers, suppliers and customers
Preparing and submitting warranty claims and supporting documentation
Following up warranty approvals and outstanding claims
Interpreting parts requirements from technician reports and repair orders
Identifying and sourcing caravan, automotive and RV parts
Ordering parts and tracking deliveries
Liaising with suppliers regarding availability, pricing and lead times
Maintaining accurate parts and warranty records
Assisting technicians with parts identification and availability

About you




Organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once
Reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work
Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers
Comfortable using computers and job management systems
Detail-oriented with strong administration skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Practical and willing to learn
Experienced in automotive, Caravan, RV or Mechanical parts (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in warranty administration, parts interpreting, automotive administration or the caravan/RV industry will be highly regarded
