About the role

Doric is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson (LF/LO) to join our Warehouse team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a hands-on role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and helping the team achieve productivity, safety, and service targets. This position is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional who enjoys being active, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Full training is provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
$32.50 per hour

Key responsibilities
Operate High Reach Forklift (LF) and Order Picker/Stock Picker (LO)
Accurately pick, pack and move stock using RF scanning equipment
Perform cycle counting and inventory control activities
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Process inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy
Assist the Warehouse Team Leader with daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks
Support order fulfilment and dispatch activities
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
Follow site procedures and protected work practices at all times




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

About you
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience operating an LO Stock Picker
Current LF
Proven warehouse and stock picking experience
Experience using RF scanning devices
Strong inventory control and stock management skills
Good numeracy and problem-solving abilities
Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes
Reliable attendance and robust work ethic
Ability to work in a quick-paced, KPI-driven environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety
