ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Radius Drive Warehouse is on the hunt for motivated, quality driven team to join them.

This hands-on role offers a pathway to learn the ins and outs of warehousing operations. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple departments, setting the foundation for a successful future in operations, stock coordination, or leadership roles within our business.

This role is full time (45 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based on site in Larapinta. Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Receiving and Inspecting Goods
Inventory Management
Order Picking and Packing
Shipping and Dispatch
Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety
Communication and Team Collaboration
Using Technology and Equipment
Loading & unloading trucks

The successful candidate will:
Be highly motivated and thrive in a rapid-paced, hands-on environment
Hold a current forklift license and have experience in operating both counterbalance forklifts and high reach trucks
Demonstrate great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
Be a natural problem-solver who enjoys operational challenges
Show initiative, ownership, and a desire to improve how things are done
Be well-presented,



professional, and a robust team player
Have a genuine interest in building a long-term career in Operations or/ Management
The ability to work under pressure
