About the role An opportunity is available for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Supply Chain Team at our Huntingwood head office.

This is a hands-on, full-time role supporting warehouse, receiving and dispatch, production, and workshop activities. You’ll be part of a small, cooperative team where reliability, consistency, and contribution matter, and where roles rotate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and is willing to support the team across different warehouse functions as required.

Key responsibilities

Receive, check, store, pick, and issue parts and consumables

Accurately record all stock movements in the ERP system

Pick and pack inventory for service, production, sales, and inter-branch transfers

Assist with receiving and dispatch, including liaising with couriers and freight providers

Participate in stock counts and stocktakes

Support internal teams and assist with external sales during busy periods

Rotate across warehouse functions to support workload and operational needs

Work overtime and Saturday rosters as required

What we’re looking for





Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar operational role

Forklift licence (essential) and high reach forklift licence (would be advantageous)

Experience using ERP or inventory systems and confident with computers

Sound understanding of receiving, dispatch, and stock handling processes

Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and proactive, with a strong work ethic

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Willingness to learn, undertake training, and rotate across duties
