Join a growing boutique supplier of safety equipment, PPE, uniforms and workwear, supported by the resources and stability of a global logistics organisation.

The company takes a relationship-led approach to sales, focusing on service, product quality and genuine customer value rather than competing purely on price.

The role:
You will manage and develop a portfolio of B2B customers across safety products, PPE, workwear and uniforms while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts

Working closely with the National Sales Manager and business development team, you will:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through a structured call cycle
Build trusted relationships with end users, purchasing teams and operational stakeholders
Understand customer requirements and recommend practical, value-led product solutions
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and increase account spend
Develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory
Onboard customers onto the company’s proprietary TRADEHUB platform for managing PPE and uniform requirements
Attend customer meetings and product presentations
Coordinate larger PPE, workwear and uniform orders with suppliers and internal teams




Resolve customer enquiries and ensure a consistently high level of service
Participate in supplier workshops and product training
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging product prospects
Work toward agreed sales targets and territory growth objectives

About you:
Enjoys developing genuine, long-term customer relationships
Takes a consultative approach and sells on value rather than price
Is comfortable managing an existing portfolio while pursuing recent opportunities
Can identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Is organised, commercially minded and confident managing a territory
Is motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
Is coachable and keen to learn from an experienced National Sales Manager

Direct safety, PPE and uniform experience will be required.
