Job Description

Nando's Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Design to lead restaurant design across Australia and Recent Zealand. This 12-month parental leave cover reports to the Chief Development Officer and supervises a Design Coordinator, guiding current builds, refurbishments and concept development.

You'll balance creativity with commercial outcomes, collaborating with Development, Construction, Operations and global teams to shape distinctive restaurant experiences across ANZ.
