Clinical Advisor - Ageing Services
Brisbane
Permanent Full Time (2 days from home each week)
$120,000 - $127,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice

As the Healthy Ageing Clinical Advisor, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership across Footprints' Healthy Ageing services. Reporting to the General Manager Service Operations, you will lead clinical governance, complex case reviews and clinical supervision for a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring safe, restorative and reablement-focused care for older people.

You will also:
Lead clinical audits,



incident oversight and continuous quality improvement
Provide clinical supervision and specialist advice across multi-disciplinary teams
Act as the escalation point for complex clinical needs and risks
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and sector reforms
Facilitate case conferencing and clinical training
Build clinical capability and support workforce development across the Ageing Well portfolio

About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health or a related clinical field
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience within aged care or community services
Robust knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and reform priorities, including Support at Home
Experience delivering clinical supervision across multi-disciplinary teams (Nurses, OTs, EPs)
A person-centred clinical leader passionate about helping older people live well
