Trainer & Assessor – Certificate III in Individual Support

Murray ACE is looking for a passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our team and deliver Certificate III in Individual Support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and industry experience, while supporting learners to build the skills and confidence they need for a rewarding career.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging training and assessment while supporting students throughout their studies.

Your responsibilities will include
Delivering engaging and practical training for Certificate III in Individual Support.
Supporting students with different learning needs and abilities.
Assessing student work fairly and accurately.
Keeping training, assessment and student records up to date.
Providing feedback and support to help students succeed.
Monitoring student attendance, progress and engagement.
Keeping training and assessment resources current and compliant.
Participating in validation and continuous improvement activities.
Building positive relationships with students, industry and the local community.

About You





We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

You will have
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or willing to obtain with our support.
Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant higher-level qualification.
Current industry experience in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Positive computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and student management systems.
A commitment to providing a protected, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Solid attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
