This is a hands-on management role responsible for the overall performance, profitability, customer experience and daily operations of the branch. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, drive results and maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Artarmon branch.
Lead, support and guide technicians and workshop staff.
Drive the branch towards its sales, productivity and profitability targets.
Manage workshop workflow and ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Attend to customers and provide qualified advice throughout the repair process.
Review technician inspection and diagnostic reports.
Prepare and present repair quotations to customers.
Obtain customer approvals and maintain explicit communication regarding vehicle progress.
Ensure repairs are correctly invoiced and collect customer payments.
Manage the final vehicle handover and explain completed and future recommended repairs.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
