Role Description
We are recruiting a Workplace Investigator / Principal Consultant role is based in Sydney, NSW. The position involves conducting impartial investigations into workplace complaints and allegations, including bullying, harassment, misconduct, discrimination, and fraud. The role includes interviewing parties and witnesses, reviewing documentation and evidence, preparing explicit and defensible investigation reports, and presenting findings to clients.
The role requires close collaboration with our clients to provide practical solutions that support fair, compliant,
and respectful workplaces.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed workplace investigations, including interviewing, evidence gathering, and report writing.
Sound knowledge of employment law, workplace relations, and relevant regulations or codes of practice.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment in assessing workplace risks.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or facilitation within workplace settings (desired but not necessary to apply)
Background in human resources, law, industrial relations, policing or a related discipline; tertiary qualification strongly preferred.
High level of qualified ethics, integrity
Ability to work independently on multiple matters, prioritise deadlines, and contribute to business development or client relationship management.
