About the role

Working under the direction of our Occupational Therapists, you will deliver life-changing allied health services across the Goldfields. This role offers flexible scheduling to work around your commitments, with options including school-hour shifts (e.g., 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM), every second Friday off, or versatile casual hours.

Key responsibilities
Carry out hands-on therapy activities and follow our Occupational Therapist's goal plans with clients in clinics, schools, or homes
Assist with preparing therapy materials, assessments, and adaptive equipment
Support clients with skill-building exercises (fine motor skills, sensory routines, daily living skills)
Provide friendly, motivating encouragement to help clients reach their goals

About you
Warm, patient,



and reliable
Outstanding communication skills and a passion for working with kids or people with disabilities
Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
Experience in health, education, or disability support is a bonus
