Easy Signs is one of Australia’s leading online signage manufacturers, combining technology, innovation and manufacturing to deliver high-quality signage products to customers across Australia.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Assurance team and help strengthen our quality systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What you’ll do
Conduct internal audits and report on findings
Investigate non-conformances and complete root cause analysis
Track CAPAs and improvement actions through to close-out
Maintain quality documentation, records and SOPs
Monitor QMS compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
Analyse quality data, trends and performance metrics
Support quality-related training across the business
Work with teams across Production and the wider business to improve processes and standards

What we’re looking for
Quality assurance,



compliance or similar experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality management systems is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Confident problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Robust written and verbal communication
Excellent organisation and follow-through
Internal auditing and CAPA experience is advantageous
Manufacturing experience is highly regarded

We’re open to someone who already has solid QA experience or a developing Quality Assurance Officer with the right foundations and drive to learn.
