We are offering an above market salary for an exceptional manager of a venue in the Bunbury Region of Southwest WA. The business owners are prepared to offer full control and leeway in return for having a manager that has every base covered, is proactive, and always one step ahead. The owners do understand however that the successful applicant may require support on job commencement and this will be provided. Owners will remain on hand for advice and assistance where sought by the manager, but otherwise they expect the manager to be fully self sufficient.

Duties involve the following: Team leadership, contribute to front of house customer service as part of the roster, hiring, disciplining, firing, rostering to a budget, financial reporting to owners,



liaising with accounts and marketing departments, liaising with kitchen staff including the Executive Chef, handling customer complaints, monitoring social media reviews, handling incoming enquiry emails, organising functions, ensuring the premises is clean and well appointed, staff training and induction.

Applicants must have positive leadership skills and be able to build a team and inspire them by leading from the front. Working with your team and solidifying staff loyalty and dedication. Applicants must be prepared to work most weekends and some nights, and must be IT competent.
