The role The key focus of this role is delivering transparent, useful and accessible content across our website, app and member portal. You will contribute to high-quality digital experiences and improve content using analytics, user research and insights.
Deliver user-centred content for members and prospective members
Contribute to prototypes, wireframes and information architecture
Deliver accurate, relevant and clear content with stakeholders
Analyse content, research and data insights
Improve content structure, clarity and accessibility
Apply compliance requirements, digital best practice and WCAG 2.2 guidelines

About you You are an experienced writer, journalist or editor who enjoys solving complex content challenges for digital audiences.



You collaborate effectively with stakeholders and apply evidence to improve customer experiences.
Strong writing, journalism or editorial skills
Knowledge of information architecture and content hierarchy
Experience simplifying technical or complex digital content
Experience delivering data-driven content for apps and portals
Understanding of design systems, style guides and content management systems
Tertiary qualifications in journalism, communications, digital media or a related field
