Heidelberg Materials Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Accounts Officer to join the National Shared Services Centre in Parramatta. This full time fixed-term role ends March 2027 and focuses on account management and collections within a centralised credit function.

You will make collection calls, negotiate settlements, monitor payment health in real time, and ensure proper credit documentation while collaborating with Sales to resolve delays.
