Our client partner is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our North Sydney office on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time onsite.
This is a hands-on delivery role with the chance to extend based on project pipeline and performance.

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects—owning cost, schedule, project timelines, and overall execution—and partnering closely with stakeholders to keep work moving, risks managed, and outcomes achieved.

What you’ll be doing
Manage projects end-to-end: scope, delivery approach, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
Own and report on budget/cost tracking, forecasting, and delivery performance
Build and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring delivery to plan
Drive governance: status reporting, steering updates, actions, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
Coordinate internal teams and vendors/partners where required
Identify and resolve delivery roadblocks,



escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned
Ensure project documentation is maintained (plans, schedules, change control, decisions, comms)

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex projects (multi-stream preferred)
Robust capability across schedule management, cost control, and delivery governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to influence and drive outcomes
Comfortable working onsite, quick-paced, and across multiple projects concurrently
Project delivery certification (PMP / Prince2 / Agile) is beneficial (not mandatory)
