Sushi & Sashimi Chef Wanted A Japanese restaurant in Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced Sushi & Sashimi Chef to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sushi/sashimi experience
Solid knife skills and sashimi preparation skills
Experience handling fresh seafood
Valuable understanding of Japanese food preparation
High standards of food quality and hygiene
Reliable, hardworking and a positive team player
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and takes pride in preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi.
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
