MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY | $80 - $95,000 + SUPER + PARKING + BONUS

The Role:
Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day to day management of their properties
Relationship management
Rental reviews
Managing Tenancy Arrears
QCAT Hearings
Repairs and maintenance
Compliance
Achieving set KPI's & reporting to your Department Manager

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Current Queensland Driver's License
Current Agent's Representative Certificate




A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
