Job Description
Prepare monthly management accounts including analysis of financial performance and key drivers
Manage month-end close processes including general ledger reconciliations, intercompany settlements, journal entries and financial adjustments
Partner with project managers to review project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and financial performance
Provide financial insights to support operational efficiency and cost control initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for projects and operational activities
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support liquidity and working capital management
Conduct financial analysis to support pricing decisions, capital investments and new business prospects. Workplace Health & Safety

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:




Must have CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Around 5+ years' experience in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or FMCG environments
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Pronto or Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence non finance audiences
Robust experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Sound understanding of cost accounting, inventory management and operational finance.
