You will be responsible for completing internal and external rendering work across residential construction projects, mostly in Brisbane. The role includes a mix of new work, repairs, touch-ups and finishing across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
Completing internal and external rendering work
Preparing surfaces and applying render systems correctly
Producing consistent, high-quality finishes
Completing repairs, maintenance and touch-up work
Reading job details and managing allocated work efficiently
Providing job updates and photos using a smartphone
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Working independently and as part of the wider team
About you
At least four years' solid plastering or rendering experience
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, application and finishing
Experience with decorative or specialised finishes is highly valued
The ability to produce a clean, consistent finish
Confidence working independently and resolving issues on site
Valuable time management and the ability to move between sites as required
A current open driver licence
Robust attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Reliable, punctual and qualified work habits
Explicit communication skills and the ability to understand site and safety requirements
