Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and experienced Pick Packer / Warehouse Storeperson to join our talented and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, chilled setting and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is a mix of hands on and admin duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately picking and packing daily orders in a low temperature environment (-18 degrees)
Perform stock rotation to maintain product freshness
Conduct inventory counts and stocktaking as required
Ensure general operational tidiness of stock, facilities, and warehouse
Assist with receiving and dispatching deliveries
Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks
Monitor and reduce waste and product loss
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

KEY REQUIREMENTS
A valid forklift licence (essential)




Previous experience working in low temperature environments (-18 degrees) is essential
Ability to work in cold storage environment for extended periods
Robust manual handling skills, including stacking chilled and frozen products
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance
Effective communication skills
Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative
Ability to work unsupervised as required
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to health and safety, following safety procedures and wearing correct PPE.
