We are now seeking the right candidate, with a robust focus on customer service, to join our successful Service team in the role of Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer.

Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries
Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
Writing and invoicing customer paperwork in a timely manner
Following up and liaising with customers about their car servicing requirements
Updating customers on their service or repair work throughout the day
Booking customers into our computer system for servicing and repair work
Follow our internal processes and procedures

The successful applicant must have:
Excellent communication skills oral and written
Be punctual with a strong work ethic
Be customer focused




Able to meet timelines and work in a busy setting
Be able to start at 7.30 am Monday to Friday
Previous experience, while not necessary will be viewed favourably
Effective time management, with the ability to multi-task
