Calvary Health Care is seeking a Workforce Planning Officer to shape roster strategy across Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide. This fixed-term role offers hybrid and adaptable working options and a chance to influence rostering in one of Australia's largest health organisations.

You will partner with hospital and home care teams, analyse rostering data, ensure Enterprise Agreement compliance, train users of UKG/Kronos, and deliver productive scheduling.
