Your new role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Associate to join a well-established construction disputes practice with a strong reputation for delivering great outcomes across construction disputes, regulatory matters and complex risk advisory work. Working closely with respected senior lawyers and industry-leading clients, you will be exposed to a diverse and engaging mix of disputes, litigation and advisory matters across a range of sectors including construction, infrastructure, insurance, government and commercial business. This role offers significant client exposure, hands-on responsibility and the chance to work on complex, high-value matters from inception through to resolution.





What you'll need to succeed
Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia
5+ years' post-admission experience gained within a reputable construction disputes practice
Excellent technical legal skills and drafting ability
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
A cooperative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture
