QUALIFIED DIESEL TECHNICIAN - SHEPPARTON

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, modern workshop servicing market leader franchises, with exposure to factory-based training, backed by a solid leadership team and a reputation for quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, rebuilds, and repairs on heavy road transport vehicles
Using advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults
Supporting workshop standards in safety, cleanliness, and tooling care
Reporting on required and additional repairs
Participating in a rotating after-hours breakdown roster (by mutual agreement)
Identifying and processing warranty repairs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Technician




Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet or retail truck servicing
Solid fault-finding ability and hands-on repair experience
Solid leadership and autonomy in a team workplace
Current Australian Driver's License — Forklift, HR or MC preferred or willing to obtain

THE OFFER
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm plus alternate Saturday mornings
38-hour week plus 2 hours standard overtime daily
Alternate Saturdays paid at penalty rates (T1.5 & T2)
$45 - $55 per hour + super, depending on experience
