Saturday Leasing Executive – Residential Property Management

Saturday Only | Beecroft, Castle Hill & Epping Stone Real Estate is looking for a confident, reliable and customer-focused Saturday Leasing Executive to join our Property Management team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking for regular Saturday work within a professional and supportive real estate environment. You’ll be responsible for conducting open homes across our Northern Districts and Hills Districts portfolio and providing a high level of service to prospective tenants.

The Role

Working each Saturday, you will be responsible for:
Conducting open homes and private inspections for our rental properties
Presenting properties professionally and confidently to prospective tenants
Engaging with prospective tenants and answering property-related enquiries
Providing explicit and detailed feedback following each inspection
Keeping accurate records of attendance and applicant interest
Liaising with our Property Management and Leasing teams throughout the day
Ensuring every prospective tenant receives a professional and positive experience with Stone

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Confident, friendly and professional
Reliable and comfortable working independently




An excellent communicator who enjoys dealing with people
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to manage a busy Saturday inspection schedule
Interested in real estate and delivering a great customer experience

Requirements
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Previous customer service, sales or real estate experience preferred
Experience with Inspect Real Estate is advantageous, but not essential
Solid organisational and time-management skills
