Job Description
Michael Hill is seeking a Payroll Compliance & Rostering Specialist to support the Brisbane Support Centre. You will ensure payroll compliance across Australia, Recent Zealand, and Canada, and assist with workforce rostering using ADP Payforce and Dayforce.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Store Leaders to implement best-practice processes, audits, and reporting while delivering accurate, timely payroll services for a high-volume retail network.
