Purpose
Prioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as needed
Collaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area
Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces are requested
Handle chemicals and cleaning materials with safety, respect guest privacy and security, and promptly report maintenance issues
Provide a welcoming service to all guests, assisting with questions, concerns, and offering exact details about our property's amenities and features
Skills And Experience
