The Operations Manager maintains the stock flow, replenishment and loss prevention activity within the store.
Reporting to the store manager you'll lead a small team to keep the stock moving efficiently from delivery to floor, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
How You Will Contribute
Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities within your store.
Partner with retail management and visual merchandising (VM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill processes, merchandise presentation, and stock schedule recommendations.
Manage daily financial operations including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures, and secure cash handling
Provide support to the Retail Sales Team on the shop floor when required
Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
Collaborate with the Store Manager, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
