Delaware North Australia is seeking casual Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join our team at Perth Airport, working across our cafés, restaurants and bars.
As a Team Leader, you'll guide and inspire our front of house team to deliver exceptional service, uphold high standards, and create memorable guest experiences.
Flexible availability is required for this role.

What you will do?
Lead, inspire, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venueProvide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areasEnsure all service areas are set up, maintained, and guest-ready at all timesBe well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations,



and accommodate dietary needsDrive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiativesAdhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venueApproved Manager CardResponsible Service of Alcohol certificateFood Safety Supervisor certificateSkilled in bar operationsWell versed in coffee making or with barista experienceFleixibilty to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsThe application period will close on 28/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
