This massive venue features three busy bars, a renowned Bistro, a state-of-the-art TAB, elite private function spaces, and a famous sunny beer garden hosting live music and big-screen sports.A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
